Cancellation Policy

For any cancellation payments will be forfeited. Bookings can be rearranged up to 48 hours prior to the booking. Bookings may only be rescheduled once. New dates for rescheduled bookings must be within one month of the original booking date. The time allotted is for your use, inclusive of set-up and departure. In the event of late arrival, your time will still commence from the original booking slot. If required, there may be the option to extend your stay, this will be charged at a rate of £80 per hour. All props and lights are available for use, and may be moved around the studio to suit. However, please ask when moving larger objects to minimise damage and injury. Furniture and props moved are to be returned to its original place at the end of the session. No items are to be removed from the studio. You are responsible for the maintenance of furniture and props whilst on site. Particularly stained furniture. Accidents happen, but the emergency contact must be notified immediately. There will be a charge for any breakages or if anything is removed from the studio without consent. We request that music and noise is kept to a reasonable level to avoid disturbing other people in the building. Any visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. We do not permit animals to be brought into the studio without prior permission. £50 damage and cleaning fee is payable upon booking but will be refunded following your session should there be no damage. Deposits must be reclaimed within 30days of your session, or the deposit refund will be forfeited. Reclaims are made by following the steps on the deposit reclaim email issued 24hrs after completion of your session.
